Vape - Products for vaping

In our Head Shop, we offer you electrical devices with which you can vaporize or vape liquids, such as e-hookahs, so-called vape pens as well as e-cigarettes. Vape pens, e-cigarettes and e-hookahs exist in many different versions as disposable and reusable products. You will often find disposable e-cigarettes and disposable vape pens that can be purchased with a different number of possible puffs (breaths).

From what age am I allowed to vape?

In Germany, since April 1st, 2016, VAPE products are only allowed to be sold to adults over 18 years of age.

How do VAPE devices work?

Unlike regular cigarettes, these devices are not used to burn tobacco and aromatics. Instead, a liquid consisting of glycerine and flavours - called e-liquid - is heated via heating elements inside, the so-called coils, and emitted as aromatic vapour (VAPE). The coils are powered by a rechargeable battery, and have considerable differences in performance depending on the size and characteristics of the respective device.

A multitude of e-liquids

E-liquids designed for vaporisers and other vape devices are available for purchase in different flavours with and without nicotine. Among the better-known brands of refillable liquids are Vampire Vape, Lynden or Dinner Lady. The aroma varies depending on the composition of its ingredients. The most common flavours are fruity and fresh, such as those found in hookah tobacco, e.g. peach or minty melon. However, every now and then you will come across creative liquid flavours that take some getting used to, from gummy bears and apple pie to sweet potato and roast meat, both in disposable e-cigarettes and vape pens.

How much do vape products cost?

The price depends largely on whether the product is disposable or reusable. For example, vape pens are offered in a range of €8 - €200. The price is usually determined by the quality of the materials used and the technical features of the device. You can get an ordinary disposable vape product for less than 10 €, which is partly because it can only be used once (in terms of battery life) and partly because the quality and workmanship are not comparable to a reusable device. On the other hand, devices that are made of high-quality stainless steel or various metal alloys and even have computer chips usually start at 40 €.

Is VAPE harmful?

Even though vaping produces less harmful substances than a cigarette, it is still not 100% harmless to your health - regardless of whether the liquid contains nicotine or not. For this reason, every vaper should also handle their consumption responsibly and avoid it completely in the presence of children.
