Wooden grinder with gold-coloured aluminium grinding mechanism by Heisenberg

The wooden grinder with gold-color metal parts by Heisenberg is used to mince tobacco and herbs. The tool is a medium-sized herb crusher made of aluminium with rosewood wood panelling. The grinder measures about 60mm in diameter. The parts of the grinder that come into contact with the herbs are made of high-quality CNC-milled aluminium. The aluminium is anodised in gold. Both the lid and the base of the grinder are embedded in genuine wood elements.

Special features of the golden Heisenberg wooden grinder

The grinder consists of 4 levels:
The upper 2 levels consisting of the grinder lid and the 2nd level represent the grinding mechanism. Both parts are held together magnetically. The grinder inside consists of 16 diamond-cut teeth in the lid and another 12 teeth in the bottom part. To ensure that tobacco and herbs can be ground as homogeneously as possible instead of being deposited at the edge of the grinder, the inner edge of the grinder base is curved inwards multiple times and the magnet in the lid is embedded by a large sharp-edged tooth. This design ensures that the herbs are always evenly distributed inside the grinder and fed into the grinding mechanism.

After the herbs have been crushed, they fall through the perforated base into the chamber below.

The crushed herbs end up in a sieve chamber on the 3rd level. A special feature of this level is that you can choose whether you want to use a coarse-mesh or fine-mesh pollen sieve. Both versions are included with the wooden grinder and can be screwed into the pollen compartment as desired using their pre-milled threads. This enables the finest resin crystals, pollen and powdery herbal residues to fall or be shaken through the metal meshes of the sieve.

The resulting fine powder is collected in the lowest 4th level and can be gathered with the triangular kief scraper for storage or immediate use.
