This Champ High Compact 4Layer Grinder made of aluminium offers you all the advantages of a large 4-layer grinder in a super slim and handy design. Similar in design to a 2-layer grinder, this model however consists entirely of 4 parts. In addition to the two-piece grinder with diamond-ground teeth, an extra-flat pollen sieve is screwed in between. A plastic pollen scraper for collecting, portioning and removing the finely ground herbs is included with the grinder.

Why is there a sieve in the Compact 4Layer Grinder?

The sieve in the Compact 4Layer Grinder is super flat and is simply screwed on or off with the help of a small bracket. But why do you need this sieve? It's simple! Once the herbs ground in the grinder have reached a certain fineness, they fall through the holes in the base into the chamber below. There, the crushed herbs land safely on the sieve - also called pollen sieve. Here, fine resin crystals, trichomes, pollen dust and herbal residues ground into powder are dropped or carefully shaken through the metal meshes of the sieve. The resulting powder of smokable herbs is then collected in the bottom compartment of the grinder and can be gathered with the enclosed pollen scraper for storage or direct use. It represents the most intense, aromatic product that you can consume with the greatest pleasure.
